Locked pricing. By signing, I agree to purchase the items above at the prices shown, locked as of the time of signing.
Payment by wire. I agree to pay the Total Due by bank wire to the account shown after signing, including the order reference on the memo line.
Binding order. This trade is legally binding. Once signed, this order cannot be canceled or modified by me, and I remain obligated to complete payment.
Returns. After delivery I may return eligible items within seven (7) calendar days under the published returns policy. Returns are subject to market loss: if the market has fallen below my locked price when the items are received and verified, that difference is deducted from my refund. Market loss is never less than zero. Return shipping and insurance are at my cost.
Market-loss liability. Precious-metals prices move continuously. Upon signing, Standard Bullion commits to secure the metal at the locked price on my behalf. If I fail to send the agreed wire in full within a commercially reasonable time, I authorize Standard Bullion to cancel this order and liquidate the position, and I agree to be liable for any resulting market loss plus associated fees.
Electronic signature. This is an electronic signature under the U.S. ESIGN Act and applicable UETA; my typed name below is my legal signature.
Wire Payment Instructions
Send a domestic wire for the exact amount below from your registered bank. Include the memo so we can match your payment to this order automatically.
Zelle Payment Instructions
Send a Zelle for the exact amount below from the bank account whose sender name you registered. We match it by the payment ID your bank shows you and mark this order paid automatically once it reaches our bank — usually within one to two business days.
You haven't registered the name your Zelle sends under yet. Register it in your account so we can match your payment automatically — otherwise it may hold for manual review.
If we can't match the payment to this order, it's credited to your account balance and you can apply it to the order from there. Zelle is final once sent.
